Talent Services is me – Andrea Bubb-Fatzer. Graduating from University of Lausanne in 2006 with a Master of Arts (MA or licence ès) I started my career in recruitment a little bit by chance but with a deep belief that people are crucial for the business and with a genuine curiosity to understand how different companies operate.
Learning how Search and Selection can be done, I spent a few years working for different recruitment and executive search firms. Enjoying the international and exclusive environment of Heidrick & Struggles, I was able to work for one of the top search firms in the world, before I decided to start Talent Services in 2010.
Talent Services is for me a way of doing what I enjoy – recruitment – and to do it the way I like it – to be most useful and valuable for the client with a focus on quality and close, long term relationships as well as with a deep respect towards people – clients and candidates.
My goal is it to be authentic. Respectful and honest relationships, fairness, integrity and professionalism are what I value most.
In my free time I am the talent manager of my two kids and my husband. I like sports, art and literature.
